Text Box: Nose Mounting Bracket; This is a sheetmetal design to be used on the front of the nose (2 locations). It guides the nose and holds it down, it also mounts a Dzeus spring clip for quarter turn quick release fastener. I fabricated these in my shop and they worked quite well. I modeled the Flywheel in ProE and with the mass properties was able to get very close to the minimum weight. The CAD output file was used for CNC programming.
