Text Box: Carburetor Cover; since on the Racecar the air filter isn’t located directly on the carburetor (it’s in the Air Scoop/Snorkel) it is necessary to be able to cover the Carb during transport/ non race times. The Result was I took clay and made an impression and sculpted it. From that I then made a silicone rubber mold so I could cast them. The part fit very nicely and served it’s purpose. The goal was to be able to mount the microphone inside the camera housing. The Result was this small double sided surface mount PCB, which I laid out using PADS, ordered and built.
